design features the floral emblems of each Australian State and a shield;
probably printed in 1967;
one of the rare examples for telegrams where a printing error is known;
window envelope;
form number (T.G. 65F) and schedule number are printed under the right side of the flap on the reverse side;
first printed in 1966 and to be used concurrently with AA-GGE-4.

Distinctive characteristics of this form:

centre line "Received..." ends with "message";
line above sender details ends with "Tasmania".

pale blue lined;
rounded flap with curved sides.
